The greatest results are NOT dropping bodyfat, building muscle or even getting abs..

These physical results are brilliant but the BEST results are learning who you become along the way!

Lots of our clients decide to start a transformation chasing aesthetic results to lose weight, get lean/build muscle and the reason for being in this position in the first place is through pain.

Lack of self belief, knowledge of nutrition/ structure/ no clear path of progression or accountability and just generally not happy.

1. Make sure nutrition is nailed. It’s so much faster to make a two second decision not to eat something than spend hours burning it off necessarily

2. Choose resistance training to hold shape, nobody wants to ‘just lose weight’ and be a smaller version of yourself, you want a leaner version or ‘toned’ 💪🏽

3. Low intensity movement for the win… steps won’t make you ravenous but they will make you lean. 10k is a nice number to start on before progressing

IF you’ve smashed the above then absolutely intensify the deficit a little with some HIIT just keep it 1-2x per week max if you’ve already got a stressful life
